Outdoor SPA facilities, indoor hot spring and sauna are closed for maintenance from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Tuesday.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.

The opening hours of the outdoor pool on B2 floor are as follows:
1. From May to September: 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM to 10:00
2. October: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 01:30 PM to 07:00 PM
3. April and November: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 01:30 PM to 05:00 PM
4. The outdoor pool is closed from December to February of every year.
5. The outdoor pool will be closed when the temperature is lower than 14 degrees Celsius.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
*B1 open-air spa area (including naked baths for men and women) and the gym are open from 08:00-22:00, cleaning and disinfection are closed from 11:00-14:00, and the last entry time is 21:30.
*Every Tuesday from December 08:00-12:00, the B1 open-air spa area (including men's and women's naked baths) will be closed for routine cleaning and maintenance.
*The B2 garden pool area is closed during winter (December-March).
Adjustment of breakfast serving method: On Wednesdays and Thursdays in June 2022, breakfast will be served as a set menu.
The check-in time is 16:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 noon on the check-out day. In case of early check-in or late check-out, additional fees and reservations will be required.
The B2 garden pool area will be closed during winter (Dec-March).
The B1 hot spring area, aromatherapy spa, children's play room and gym are open from 08:00-22:00, cleaning and disinfection 11:00-14:00, and the last entry time is 21:30.
The cost of adding people in the whole hotel will be based on the on-site announcement of the hotel.
