Check-in instructions
To access hostel for the front door of the street, simply press the doorbell of the hostel 1 º 1 ª or 1 º 2 ª and the door will open automatically.
-Go to the first floor and open the door of the hostel for this you have to push on the buttons 0211 next to the door.
-Once inside, you will find a box on the desk with your name on it. The box opens with a combination of three digits. The box will open by entering the last three numbers of the customer's reservation number. Inside you will find the room key.
City Tax
For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).
This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Reception is open from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Please note that reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Later check-in is possible for free, when guests inform the arrival time in advance. License number: HB-004196
