According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from June 1, 2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Maximum children allowed per room is 1. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.
Please note that even if you send us a special request, we will not be able to respond or respond. Please check the room details for information regarding "non-smoking" and "smoking".
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport.
