According to Macau Law No. 16/2021, visitors are required to provide the incoming passenger card issued while clearing immigration. If the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.

Grand Resort Deck will close operations from 18 November 2024 for annual maintenance and will reopen on 29 March 2025.
