[About room cleaning]
In the case of consecutive nights
Simple cleaning is available on request.
If you wish to have the room cleaned, please leave a sign in front of the door.
Simple cleaning includes face towels, bath towels, bath mats and nightwear, as well as the collection of rubbish in the wastebasket.
For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the above simple cleaning, a 'room cleaning' is carried out once a week.
This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing the room equipment, cleaning the room and collecting rubbish from the bins.
*Additional room cleaning is available at extra cost.

Please kindly note that the check-out time is at 11:00AM. Late check-out after this time will charged at additional cost as below.
Between 11:00 - 1:00PM - additional 50% of the room rate
After 1:00PM - additional 100% of the room rate
If you wish to have late check-out, please contact the reception upon check-in.
Please note that guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
Please note that the hotel does not provide extra bed or baby cot in any room.

We would like to inform you that some of our guest rooms will be undergoing renovation.
The name of the room types will be changed according to the above renovations.

[Construction hours] 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
[Main construction work]
-Installation of refrigerator-freezers and microwave ovens in all guest rooms
-Carpet and wallpaper replacement in some rooms
*Some works may be carried out during the progress of the construction.
*Work will be conducted with particularly loud noise and odor between 11:00 and 15:00.

Single A → Moderate
Single B → Residential Double
Single C → Residential Double
Double → Deluxe Double
Twin A → Residential Twin
Twin B → Deluxe Twin
Twin B → Residential Family
*There will be no change in the services.
The breakfast will be suspended for the time being due to restaurant Jonathan's is closed.
