Upon prior requests, guests will be allowed to bring pets into the property with additional conditions regarding size, number of pets, and days at the property. Please check the detail as below :
- Pets(dogs) are allowed only for Standard King CIty View room type.
- Only pets(dogs) weighing under 10 kilograms are allowed at the property.
- Pets(dogs) are allowed for an additional charge of KRW 33,000 per night per pet.
- Only dogs are allowed at the property.
- Every spa facilities will not available during winter season(November to mid March), and no refund and cancellation will be accepted for this issue.
(1) If the hotel underground parking lot is full, use the nearby free public parking lot (1952-1 Jungsan-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon)
(2) Check-in from 15:00, check-out from 11:00 (from 20:00 for 20:00 check-in products)
(3) Late check-out or early check-in incurs an additional fee of 11,000 won per hour. Please share this in advance.
(4) All rooms are non-smoking areas, and if you are caught smoking, you will be forced to leave the room and special cleaning fees will be charged accordingly. (including terrace/toilet)
(5) Up to 1 dog weighing less than 10kg is allowed in the room (cats not allowed) / Additional charge of 33,000 won per night is incurred.
(6) To prevent fires and create a comfortable environment, the use of induction cookers and washing machines is prohibited in guest rooms.
(7) In case of damage due to stickers in the room or taping for party supplies, the cost of restoration and accommodation within the repair period will be charged.
Additionally, the use of candles or firecrackers is not permitted to prevent safety accidents, and please note that damage compensation may be charged for any damage to the room resulting from this.
(8) If you throw away trash (food waste, seafood shells, etc.) in the toilet or sink, you may be charged a toilet repair fee of up to 500,000 won.
(9) Minors cannot stay without a guardian.
