According to local tax regulation, effective from June 1, 2019 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Accommodation tax of JPY 0 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate less than JPY 6,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 7,000 and less than JPY 14,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 15,000 and less than JPY 19,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 20,000 and over.

Housekeeping service is offered once every 4 consecutive nights. Room change is required after 7 nights.
One child under 12 years old stays for free if using existing bedding.
