Minimum age to check-in is 21 years or older. Those with a Valid Military ID are the exception and can check in at 18 years or older.
A cash security deposit of USD 50 for daily guests and USD 100 for weekly guests is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) stays free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds/36kg. Please keep your animal on a leash when outside your room. In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guest room. When you walk your pet on the property, please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome.
